海尔福口服液对砷中毒患者纤维组织和尿液成分影响的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨海尔福口服液对地方性砷中毒患者的纤维组织影响和临床疗效。方法选择临床诊断为地方性砷中毒患者33例,询问病史,测定服药前尿砷和尿羟脯氨酸含量。按规定剂量服药,分两个疗程,每个疗程服药30天,两个疗程间隔2周,每个疗程结束取尿测定尿砷和尿羟脯氨酸含量,并询问病情变化。结果尿羟脯氨酸:治疗后两个疗程结果均降低,第二疗程比治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),第二疗程也明显低于第一疗程(P<0.05);尿砷:第二疗程明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),第一疗程虽有一定程度降低,但尚不明显。患者自觉症状亦有一定程度改善。结论海尔福口服液对地方性砷中毒患者尿羟脯氨酸和尿砷有明显的降低作用。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and effects of Haierfu syrup on fibrous tissues in patients with endemic arsenic poisoning. Methods Thirty - three patients proven with endemic arsenic poisoning participated in this study. Case history was collected, urine arsenic and hydroxyproline （Hop） were measured before drug administration. Patients received two cycles of defined dose Haierfu syrup of a 30 - day cycle every two weeks. Urine arsenic and hydroxyproline （Hop） were measured at the end of each cycle. Case condition was inquired after drug administration. Results Urine hydroxyproline： the decreased levels were obtained in both two cycles, the level for the second cycle was lower than that before drug administration （ P 〈0.05）, the level for the second cycle was also significantly lower than that for the first cycle （ P 〈 0.05）. Urine arsenic： level for the second cycle was lower than that before treatment （ P 〈0.05）, level for the first cycle decreased unobviously. Patients＇ symptoms and signs were ameliorated to some degree. Conclusion Haierfu syrup can down - regulate the urine arsenic and hydroxyproline in patients with arsenic poisoning.
