摘 要:以足底电击结合嗓音连续应激5~10d大鼠.其安静时的收缩压(SBP)和心率(HR)明显升高,血浆和延髓头端腹外侧区(rVLM)脑匀浆中去甲肾上腺素(NA)含量也明显增加。而接受假应激处理的对照大鼠,其SBP、HR以及血浆和rVLM脑匀浆中NA含量均无明显改变。直线回归分析显示两组动物血浆中NA合量动态改变与SBP或HR动态变化间有显著回归关系,提示支感-肾上腺回质系统活动增强可能为本模型高血压发病的重要原因之一。脑匀浆中NA含量动态改变与SBP或HR动态变化间无显著回归关系。Chronic stress with electric foot-shocks combined with noises for 5~10 days caused an increase of resting systolic blood Pressure (SBP) and heart rate (HR) in rats, as well as the noradrenaline (NA) content in Plasma and brain homogenate of the rostral ventrolateral medulla (rVLM). Whereas, in the control rat without any stress, there wasno change in SBP, HR and NA content in the Plasma and brain homogenate of the rVLM. The linear regressive analysis with the data Of both groups showed significant relation betweem the dynamic changes Of SBP or HR and NA content inthe plasma which suggest that the activation of sympatho- adrenomedullary system may be one of the causes that hypertension in our stress animal model. NO significant relation between the dynamic changes of SBP or HR and NA content in the brain homogenate of the rVLM was found in the analyses.
