高压氧联合复方丹参注射液治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:评价高压氧联合复方丹参注射液对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的疗效。方法:将60例患儿随机分为高压氧组、高压氧联合复方丹参组及对照组。对照组仅进行常规治疗,高压氧组在常规治疗同时进行高压氧治疗,每日一次,10天为一疗程,高压氧联合复方丹参组在高压氧组治疗基础上加点复方丹参注射液,10天为一疗程。结果:高压氧联合复方丹参组有效率明显高于对照组,也高于单用高压氧组,疗效有显著差别。结论:高压氧联合复方丹参注射液对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病疗效稳定,无毒副作用,值得推广。Objective：To assess the treatment effects of hyperbaric oxygen （HBO） combined with Co salvia miltorrhrza （CoSM） for infants with hypoxie -ischemie eneephalopathy （H/E）. Methods：60 full -term infants with hypoxic- ischemie encephalopathy were randomly divided into three groups in 20 each： the hyperbaric oxygen group in which the treatment was conducted with routine therapy ＋ HBO （ one daily）, the study group in which CoSM was used in basis of therapy of HBO group and control group used the routine therapy only. Treated time of all groups was three cure/rest cycles, ten days as one cure proeess. Assessment of effects was performed using NABA criteria before and after treatment. Results： The effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈0.01 ）. Condusions： As compared with the control and HBO group, the therapeutic effect of routine ＋ HBO combined with CoSM is better and less side - effect for infants with hypoxic - ischemic encephalopathy （HIE）.
