3-(2-亚烯丙基)-3-去乙烯基脱镁叶绿酸-a甲酯及其红紫素-18酰亚胺衍生物的合成

摘　　要：以3-去乙烯基脱镁叶绿酸-a甲酯为原料,利用叶立德试剂对其3-位进行Wittig合成修饰,并且对E环进行氧化、N-取代和酰基化改造,合成了一系列3-（2-亚烯丙基）-3-去乙烯基脱镁叶绿酸-a甲酯及其红紫素-18酰亚胺衍生物.所有化合物均由紫外光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振以及元素分析予以证实.其中,红紫素-18酰亚胺衍生物的紫外吸收均产生了红移.A series of novel 3-（2-vinyl）-3-devinyl methyl pheophorbide-a were synthesized by Wittig reaction of 3-devinyl methyl pheophorbide-a at 3-position with ylide reagents. E-ring was converted into the six-membered cyclic anhydride to form purpurin-18 derivatives by the air-oxidation. Then the purpurin-18 imide derivatives were obtained by reaction with hydroxylamine hydroehloride and aeylation of N-OH. The structures of all new compounds were characterized with UV,IR,H NMR spectra and elemental analysis. And these novel purpurin-18 imide derivatives＇ major absorption band had shifted to long wavelength.
