摘 要:分别对裂解 C_5中环戊二烯(CPD)分离的热二聚和反应精馏工艺建立数学模型,利用 Aspen Plus 流程模拟软件对热二聚和反应精馏工艺进行模拟。模拟结果表明,反应精馏工艺与热二聚工艺(反应温度90℃,反应时间3.5 h)相比,异戊二烯(IP)聚合损失率从热二聚的3.22%降低到1.91%,减少40.68%,CPD 与 IP 的共聚体和 CPD 与间戊二烯(PD)的共聚体(X3)的生成量从11.55 kg/h 降低到7.46 kg/h,减少35.41%,IP 自二聚体和 PD 自二聚体(X2)的生成量从0.83 kg/h 降低到0.23 kg/h,减少72.29%,双环戊二烯选择性从96.12%提高到97.49%。在 IP 分离装置中,反应精馏塔可代替热二聚反应器和预脱重塔,减少 IP损失,降低进入萃取单元的 CPD 的量,减少胶质生成。Mathematics models for dimerization and reactive distillation of cyclopentadiene (CPD) in steam cracking C5 were established and the parameters of model were determined. The process of separation CPD was simulated by using Aspen Plus software separately. In comparing with thermal dimerization, polymeric loss of isoprene(IP) in reactive distillation decreased from 3.22% to 1.91%. The produced codimer( CPD with IP and CPD with 1,3-pentadiene(PD) ) decreased from 11.55 kg/h to 7. 46 kg/h, and self-dimer (IP or PD) from 0. 83 kg/h to 0. 23 kg/h. Selectivity to dicyclopentadiene rosed from 96. 12% to 97. 49%. Reactive distillation column is preferable in replacements of thermal dimerization reactor and heavy pre-separation column in IP separating unit. The reactive distillation column reduces loss of IP, improves purity of product dicyclopentadiene, and lowers CPD content in feed of extraction unit and the gelatine formed in the unit.
