和谐村镇建设评价指标体系初探

摘　　要：和谐村镇建设是社会主义新农村建设的有效载体,是和谐社会建设的重要基础。认真研究和谐村镇建设的评价指标体系,对于全面、客观地反映和谐村镇建设的成就和进程,更好地指导和谐村镇建设的实践具有重要的实践意义和理论意义。和谐村镇建设评价体系包括生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁和管理民主五个方面的5个一级指标和29个二级指标,可以较为全面系统地反映和谐村镇建设的水平和成果。Harmonious village and town construction is an effective carrier of the construction of socialist new countryside and it is an important basis of harmonious society. The evaluation index system of harmonious village and town construction has important practical and theoretical significance, which guides the practice and reflects the achievement and process of the construction of harmonious village and town comprehensively and objectively. The evaluation index system of harmonious village and town construction includes five indexes of level 1, which are production development, comfortable life, village civilization, village neat and democratic administration and twenty-nine indexes of level 2. It can reflect the level and achievement of harmonious village and town construction comprehensively and systematically.
