摘　　要：回顾目前我国理论界关于独立学院资金运作研究的基本概貌,在总结各家研究的基础上,基于研究理论、研究方法、研究视角、研究材料和研究主题对相关研究进行简要评价,认为关于独立学院资金运作的研究有待进一步深入,并应在理论、方法、视角、材料和主题上实现突破。Following the direction to cultivate all-around developing talents with mixed abilities in Universities, the article discussed the theoretic framework of physical education course in universities from the perspective of humanistic education. The paper taken for physical education course system in universities ought to intensify the meaning of humanistic education in the aspects of course objective, course frame, course content, teaching organization and methods, course evaluating etc.
