摘  要:为研究风力发电机组齿轮箱振动故障特性,提高其工作的可靠性,综合利用振动力学、有限元理论和齿轮啮合理论,建立起了圆柱齿轮传动三维有限元模型。模拟计算了风力发电机组齿轮前20阶固有振动频率与相应变形。采用有限元法,求解出正常工作和故障频率情况下的圆柱传动齿轮形状和等效应力的变化,分析了双圆柱齿轮正常转速下的故障振动特性,为风力发电机组齿轮箱的故障诊断提供理论依据。To study the fault characteristics of vibration and to increase the reliability of the gearbox of wind turbine, the driving circular spur gear 3D finite element model for the model analysis is established based on the comprehensive utilization of vibration mechanics, finite element method and gear meshing theory.The resonant frequencies and modal shapes of the circular spur gear of wind generators from the lowest order up to the twentieth order are calculated.The changes of shape and stress under the normal frequency and abnormal frequency of the circular spur gear are solved and are presented respectively by using finite element method.The fault characteristics of vibration of the driving circular spur gear under normal speed are analyzed.The research result provides basic information for fault diagnosis of the gear box of wind turbine generator system.
