摘  要:氧化锌作为一种功能材料,具有许多优异的性能和广泛的应用价值。概述了氧化锌透明导电薄膜的性能、种类、制备工艺、应用前景及研究现状。通过对氧化锌薄膜制备方法的研究对比,介绍了各种制备方法的优缺点。基于电化学沉积方法的优点提出电化学沉积法是制备氧化锌薄膜的最佳方法,具有较好的应用前景和研究意义。ZnO is the functional material with many excellent properties and extensive application values.In this paper, the properties, varieties, preparation technologies of ZnO transparent conductive films have been summarized.The recent achievements and application prospects in various fields have been described.Different kinds of preparation processes as well as their advantages and disadvantages are discussed in detail, by comparing various methods of preparation transparent conductive films.We proposed that electrochemical deposition is the optimum method for ZnO thin films based on its advantages, its application prospect is better and the research on the method is of certain importance.
