摘　　要：【目的】探讨不孕症患者宫腔镜下宫腔病变发生率和宫腔镜常规检查的必要性。【方法】对234例不孕症患者行宫腔镜常规检查,了解不孕症患者宫腔病变率。【结果】不孕症宫腔病变率为58.55%,病变发生以子宫内膜炎最常见。【结论】不孕症患者宫腔病变率较高,不孕症患者常规行宫腔镜检查是必要的。[Objective]To study the incidence of the uterine disease of infertility patients and the necessity of the hysteroscopy as routine examination.[Methods]A total of 234 cases of infertility patients were examined with hysteroscopy in order to know the incidence of uterine disease of infertility patients.[Results] The incidence of uterine disease of infertility patients was 58.55%.The most common disease was endometritis.[Conclusion]The incidence of uterine disease of infertility patients is high.It is necessary to check the infertility patients with hysteroscopy as routines.
