摘　　要：利用先进的GIS技术,将我国水工环领域长期积累的丰富的、有使用价值的综合性研究成果图资料由传统的纸介质产品转换成既有空间关系又含属性特征的数字化产品,并按GIS方式建成具有系统管理、综合分析和评价功能的成果图空间数据库,基于INTERNET环境面向社会提供数据共享服务,做到一次投入,长期受益,为更大范围地实现数据共享奠定基础。阐述了中国环境地质图系空间数据库建设的组织形式、工作流程、图层与属性设计、质量控制、在线服务等内容。By GIS we have converted the abundant and useful comprehensive researching result maps which were accumulated from the previous work of hydrogeology, engineering geology and environmental geology to digital products containing both spatial relationship and attribute fea- tures from traditional paper products and have constructed them into spatial database of result map with functions of systematic management, comprehensive analysis and evaluation;moreover,it could provide data sharing service facing the society based on the Internet, and get a long-term benefit in return for one-off investment,and establish the foundation of data sharing for bigger range. This paper discussed the contents of con struction the spatial database of Chinese environmental geological map system（CEGMS） as the organization form, the working process, the desig ning of layers ＆ attributions,the quality control,online service and so on.
