摘　　要：由于特殊的地理位置与区位优势,云南省成为中国面向东南亚重要的经济开放门户和与东盟交流、合作的纽带和桥梁。本文在研究云南省特殊的省情、地情的基础上,把握云南省边境地区出现的跨境经济犯罪的现状、规律和特点,对跨境经济犯罪的趋势和动向进行初步预判,提出有针对性的策略和措施,从而达到有效保护国内外投资者的合法权益,促进社会主义市场经济朝着健康有序的方向发展之目的。As the special geographical location and geographical advantages, Yunnan Province is China＇s ties and bridges for eco- nomic opening to the South - East Asia＇s and cooperations with ASEAN. In this paper, on the basis of the study on its situation and loeation, and in the grasp of tstatus, trends and characteristics cross - border economic crime, it makes an initial pre - sentence for trends of cross border economic crimes and puts forward targeted strategies and measures in order to achieve effective proteetion of the legitimate rights and interests of investors home and abroad and to promote the socialism market economy to a healthy and orderly development.
