摘 要:针对鸡蛋中喹诺酮类药物的残留,采用间接竞争ELISA方法建立了检测手段.样品经提取净化后,以氟喹诺酮类药物多残留试剂盒为基础,建立了鸡蛋中喹诺酮类药物残留的检测方法.结果显示,在5~50μg/kg浓度范围内的平均添加回收率在70%以上,批内变异系数在10%以内,批间变异系数在15%以内,检测限为5μg/kg,低于国家规定的喹诺酮类药物在鸡蛋中的残留限,建立了一种快速的对鸡蛋中喹诺酮类药物残留的检测方法,能满足目前基层初筛工作的实际需要.An indirect competitive ELISA method is developed for the determination of fluoroquinolones(FQs) in eggs. After being purified and :xtracted, the method is established on the base of indirect competitive ELISA kit. The results show that the average recovery rate is above 70% between the added concentration of 5-50μg/kg, the interassay variation coefficient is within 10%, the coefficient of variation in group is less than 15% and the detection limit is 5μg/kg, lower than the state standard of the limit of detection of fluoroquinolones in eggs, and establish a rapid detection method which is suitable for the routine qualitative analysis of the large scale samples to meet the practical need for veterinary drug residue test.
