摘　　要：网络技术拓宽了图书馆开放式服务的途径。本文通过对网络开放式服务内涵和其特点的讨论,提出了网络环境中开放式服务的发展策略是建立网络一站式服务体系,加快数字化信息平台建设,参与数字化参考咨询合作。The net technology has widened the library open service channels. This paper discusses the connotations and characteristics of the net - based open service and suggests that the developing strategies of the open service in the net environment include setting up the one - off net - based service system, stepping up the construction of digital information platform and participating in the digital referencing and consultation cooperation.
