摘　　要：加强高等学校毕业生党员的教育管理工作,有利于提高毕业生党员的思想政治素质,充分发挥毕业生党员在毕业各环节中的模范带头作用。做好毕业生党员的教育管理工作,需正确认识加强毕业生党员教育管理工作的重要性,并根据毕业生党员的特点,采取有针对性的有效措施。It is favorable and helpful to strengthen the education and management to the graduates with communist party membership to improve their ideology and quality, so that they can be role model in all links of the graduation work. To do this job, we need understand the importance of education and management to those graduates and take particular and effective measures to do the job based on the eharacteristies of such graduates.
