摘　　要：建立基于收益共享契约供应链模型,研究企业创新对供应链的影响,指出企业创新时供应链失调,分析供应链失调原因,提出供应链契约扩展模型,在企业创新时能实现供应链协调。Supply chain model based on revenue-sharing contract is established. Impact of enterprise innovation is discussed. The paper presents innovative enterprise supply chain imbalance. It points out the reason for imbalance in the supply chain . The paper presents the model of supply chain contract extension which can realize the supply chain coordination in enterprise innovation.
