摘 要:针对可重构装配线建模问题,提出了面向Agent的赋时着色Petri网的可重构装配线建模方法。在对装配资源进行分类的基础上,将装配资源Agent内部行为进行封装,建立了装配资源Agent的面向Agent的赋时着色Petri网模型,并通过过渡变迁合成可重构装配单元面向Agent的赋时着色Petri网模型。根据每个可重构装配单元之间的逻辑关系,确定整个系统的消息传递关系。在此基础上,实现了装配线快速重构,通过引入相应的多Agent交互协议模型来解决模型中存在的死锁和冲突。最后通过实例分析说明了该建模方法的有效性。Aiming at the modeling for reconfigurable assembly line, an Agent oriented Timed Colored Petri Net (ATCPN) modeling method was proposed. Based on the classification of assembly resources, the assembly resource Agent was encapsulated so that the ATCPN model of assembly resource Agent was setup. And the ATCPN model of reconfigurable assembly cell was composed by transition. According to the logical relationships among reconfigurable assembly cells, the transitive relationship of message for assembly system was determined, and the assembly line could be quickly reconfigured based on this method. Deadlock and conflict of model were settled by interaction protocols model in multi-Agent systems. Finally, an example of the reconfigurable assembly line was used to reveal the effectiveness of the method.
