摘　　要：无损检测(DNT)在长输管道施工中是检测焊接质量的关键工序,针对长输管道输送压力大、距离长、焊口多的特点,对管道直径200mm以上长输管道采用爬行器进行管内周向曝光法X射线检测,对一道环焊缝的检测只需一次曝光便可完成。这与管外双壁透照的检测方法相比,提高了工作效率,保证了检测的灵敏度,从而确保了焊缝检测质量。Nondestructive testing(NDT) is a essential working procedure in long distance transmission pipeline construction.According to the features of long distance transmission pipelines,such as high opera-tional pressure,long distance and large number of welds,the crawlers are used for the pipelines with their di-ameters over 200 mm to carry out X ray inspection by internal pipe circumferential exposal.Thus,the inspec-tion for one weld needs one exposal only.Comparing with the inspection method of external double walls trans-mission exposal,it has the advantages of higher operational efficiency and sensitivity,therefore to ensure the weld inspection quality.
