摘  要:采用野生桡足类、经营养强化的卤虫无节幼体、未经营养强化的卤虫无节幼体以及人工配合饲料投喂15日龄牙鲆仔鱼,经30 d培育,测定其生长、白化率、变态率和存活率。结果表明:野生桡足类和人工配合饲料试验组的牙鲆仔鱼生长率、变态率和存活率均最高,白化率最低;营养强化试验组的牙鲆仔鱼生长及成活率等各项指标均较高,白化率较低;未强化试验组的牙鲆仔鱼生长及成活率等各项指标均最低,白化率最高。据此可认为:桡足类和经营养强化的卤虫无节幼体是牙鲆仔鱼的优质活饵料。The growth rates and survival rates of artificial-produced juveniles of Paralichthys olivaceus feeding on wild copepoda, enriched Artemia nauplii, unenriched Artemia nauplii, and formulated diet for 30 days were investigated from March 25, 2007 to April 24, 2007. The results showed that the growth rates, survival rates and metamorphism rates of the juveniles feeding on wild copepoda and formulated diet were the highest, and the albation rates in the trial were the lowest. The juveniles feeding on enriched Artemia nauplii had a higher growth rates, survival rates and metamorphism rates, while the albation rates were lower. The growth rates, survival rates and metamorphism rates of the juveniles feeding on unenriched Artemia nauplii were the lowest, and the albation rates were the highest. It may be considered that wild copepoda and enriched Artemia naupli were much better live diets for artificially produced juveniles of Paralichthys olivaceus.
