摘 要:通过对河南主栽小麦35个品种的穗发芽和籽粒发芽试验表明,抗24h穗发芽品种占77.14%,抗性以穗部抗性为主。籽粒抗性为辅,仅占22.86%。抗48h以上穗发芽的品种较少,仅占2.86%,为穗部抗性。24h籽粒发芽率与以后时间的籽粒发芽率以及48h以后的穗发芽率存在极显著的正相关。穗发芽率与黑胚率无相关性,但与籽粒饱满度和外观达极显著相关。By the study on ear and kernel sprouting of 35 wheat varieties in Henan indicate that, 24h-resistant varieties are 77.14%, and their resistance mainly on ear, Supplemented by the kernel-resistance, which are 22.86%, Above 48h-resistant varieties are only 2.86%, and it's resistance is ear-resistance. 24h- kernel sprouting rate correlation with late-hour sprouting rate, 48h and late ear sprouting rate significantly. Pre-harvest sprouting rate has no correlation with black-embryo rate, but with kernel's out looking and Plumpness .
