摘  要:目的对江苏省南京市流动人口进行不同方式的艾滋病知识健康教育干预并比较效果。方法采用整群抽样方法,将调查对象分为4个干预组和1个对照组,干预组分别采用录像、讲座、手册及复合干预方式进行健康教育,比较各组干预前后及组间艾滋病知识的知晓率。结果录像、讲座、手册组干预后艾滋病知识知晓率显著提高(P<0.05),知晓率分别为66.71%,67.35%,61.09%,讲座效果优于录像、手册;复合干预方式干预后知晓率为68.43%,优于单一方式。结论在流动人口中进行以讲座为主的多种方式结合的艾滋病知识健康教育,可有效提高艾滋病相关知识的知晓水平。Objective To compare the effects of different health education programs on AIDS knowledge among floating population in Nanjing. Methods The subjects collected by cluster sampling were divided into 5 groups(4 intervention groups and 1 control group). The intervention groups were educated with vedio, lecture, handbook, and integrated intervention and the knowledge level of each group before and after the intervention was compared. Results The levels of AIDS knowledge of vedio, lecture, and handbook intervention groups were improved significantly( P 〈 0.05 ). The education effect with lecture was better than that of with vedio and handbook, and the effect through intergrated intervention was better than that of with the single one. Conclusion It is an effective way to improve the knowledge of AIDS among the floating population by integrated health education.
