摘　　要：目的了解江苏省盐城市健康儿童b型流行性感冒嗜血杆菌(Hib)多糖抗体水平。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测543名0～14岁儿童Hib-IgG抗体。结果盐城市14岁以下儿童血清抗Hib-多肽络胺化物标准抗体(PRP)总阳性率为47.33%,其中男性为46.20%,女性为48.75%,男女性别间差异无统计学意义。不同年龄抗体水平发生不同,新生儿脐带血抗体水平最高,为72%,而后抗体水平逐步下降;12月龄最低为25.49%,1岁以后随年龄增长而逐步增高;10～14岁年龄组达71.64%。结论盐城市儿童具有一定的抗Hib多糖抗体水平,但3～12月龄儿童抗体水平最低,为Hib感染的高危人群。Objective To investigate the natural antibody level of Hib polysaccharide in healthy children in Yancheng city. Methods 543 serum samples from healthy children were collected and the IgG antibody level of haemophilus influenza type b polysaccharide was measured with enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay. Results The positive rate of antibody to PRP was 47.33 % in children less than 14 years old, and there was no significant difference between genders. The antibody level of neonates was the highest, and declined to the lowest in the children of 12 months. The level increased with the age in those older than 1 year and reached the maximum at the age of 10-14 years. Conclusion Immunity antibody level to Hib polysaccharide was not low in Yancheng city. Children aged 3 - 6 months with the lowest antibody mevel were the high - risk population.
