摘　　要：低血糖症是糖尿病的严重并发症之一,糖尿病低血糖性脑病好发于老年糖尿病患者。老年糖尿病低血糖性脑病以神经系统受损为主,有神经系统定位体征,可表现为表情淡漠、抑郁、偏瘫、意识模糊、运动性失语、昏迷,酷似急性脑血管病,病情持续发展则可能导致神经系统不可逆损害。本文旨在探讨老年糖尿病低血糖性脑病的临床诊断和预防。Hypoglycaemia is a severe complication for diabetes. Hypoglycemic encephalopathy has been regarded as a common disease for senile diabetes, which has nervous systemic signs, such as apathy, depression, hemiplegia, confusion, motor aphasia, coma and etc. Like acute cerebrovascular disease, it can result in irreversible nervous system damage. The objective of this paper is to explore the clinic diagnostic feature and prevention of this disease.
