摘　　要：介绍了数字视频监控技术,提出了变电站数字视频监控系统的设计原则,说明PV-400远程图像监控系统的结构组成和主要功能。调度中心可以利用数字视频监控技术通过网络管理多个集控站,从而实现对整个地区电网的图像监控,这有利于设备维护和故障排除,能够提高电力系统运行的安全性与可靠性。Digital video monitoring technology was introduced and the design practice of substation digital video monitoring system and system structure were presented in this paper. Dispatching centre can manage many substations through network by using digital video monitoring technology to realize image monitoring system of the region power grid. Digital video monitoring system can be propitious to equipment service and fault resolution, and can improve the safety and reliability of power system.
