摘　　要：介绍一种电容型设备介损因数在线监测系统的设计方案。在该方案中,硬件部分采用C8051F060单片机完成了数据采集、处理和上传数据等功能,而PC机则通过上传的数据进行数据预处理和绝缘诊断。软件部分的主要特点是通过加窗对谐波分析法进行改进。This paper presented a new-type design scheme for monitoring the dielectric dissipation factor of capacitive apparatus. In this design scheme, the hardware adopted C8051F060 single-chip which accomplishes the data acquisition, calculation and data traffic, while PC dealt with the data and diagnoses the insulation by the data upload. The main characteristic of soitware is that algorithm carries out improvement on harmonic analysis by adding the window.
