广西汉族成人的体型研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨我国广西汉族成人的体型特征。方法:采用Heath-Carter人体测量法对广西汉族成年人20～65岁共979人[其中男性493人(城市241人、乡村252人),女性486人(城市245人、乡村241人)],进行体型评定。结果:①广西汉族成人男女的平均体型值分别为4.9-4.7-2.4和5.9-3.7-2.3;汉族成人男性属内胚层-中胚层均衡体型,女性属偏中胚层型的内胚层体型;②随着年龄的增长,城市男性20岁～到35岁～组内因子值上升,40岁～到45岁～增长最快,50岁～后缓慢减少,中因子值变化不大,外因子值下降;乡村男性内、中、外因子值变化不大;③随着年龄的增长,城市女性内、中因子值上升,外因子值下降;乡村女性内、中、外因子值变化不大;④广西汉族成人体型城、乡和性别间均存在明显差别。结论:广西汉族男性平均体型与国内的山东汉族和蒙古族较为接近,与国外资料的美国东北和中西部人群接近;女性平均体型与国内的蒙古族和鄂伦春族较为接近,与国外资料的印度锡克族、旁遮族及墨西哥人较接近。Objective： To explore the characteristics of adults of Han nationality of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Methods： 979 adults of Han nationality of Guangxi aged from 20 to 65 were somatotyped by Heath-Carter anthropometry, and 493 were male （241 from urban areas and 252 from the country）, 486 were female （245 from urban areas and 241 from the country）. Result：i. The mean somatotype for male is 4.9-4.7-2.4, and for female is 5.9-3.7-2.3;the somatotype of male is Endomorph- Mesomorph, and female is Mesomorphic Endomorph; ii . For the urban males, the endomorph increases from the age 25 to 35,and it reaches the peak from 40to 45, and then decrease slowly after 50. The mesomorphy does not vary so obviously while the ectomorphy decreases. The endomorph, mesomorphy and ectomorphy of the country males do not vary so obviously; iii. For the urban females, the endomorph and mesomorphy increase with the age, but the ectomorphy does not vary so obviously; the endomorph, mesomorphy and ectomorphy of country male do not vary so obviously; iV. There is very significant difference between the urban persons and the rural ones and sexual groups. Conclusion： Compared with the data of the other minorities of China, the average somatotype of males of Han of Guangxi approximate that of the Han of Shandong and Mongolians and also approximate that of the peoples in northeast and mid-west of the USA when compared with the data of foreign samples; the average somatotype of females of Han of Guangxi approximates that of Mongolians and Oroqen minority of China and that of Jat-Sikh and Punjabi of India and that of the Mexicans when compared with the data of foreign samples.
