摘　　要：目的:检测上皮来源的中性粒细胞活化肽(ENA-78)在子宫内膜异位症(EM)组织中的表达,探讨ENA-78在EM发病机制中的意义。方法:收集EM患者的卵巢子宫内膜异位病灶组织26例,在位内膜组织26例及非EM患者的子宫内膜24例,应用SP免疫组化技术,测定ENA-78的表达。结果:①ENA-78在卵巢子宫内膜异位症中主要表达于异位腺体细胞,间质细胞及巨噬细胞的细胞质中。②ENA-78的表达强度随着疾病的严重程度加重而增强(P<0.05)。③不同月经周期中ENA-78的表达无明显差异(P>0.05)。④EM组的在位内膜和异位内膜的ENA-78表达显著高于对照组,并且异位内膜的ENA-78表达也显著高于在位内膜(P<0.05)。结论:ENA-78是一种重要的趋化因子及血管生长因子,在子宫内膜异位症的发病机制中有重要意义。Objective：To investigate the expression of epithelial neutrophil-activating peptide-78（ENA-78） in endometriosis and the relation between ENA-78 and the mechanism of endometriosis （EM）. Methods： The expression of ENA-78 in 26 cases of endometriosis patients was detected by immunohistochemistry methods. Result：（1）ENA-78 was expressed in ectopic glandular cells, the cytoplasm of stromal cells and macrophages. （2）The expression of ENA-78 in Ⅲ-Ⅳ stage was significantly higher than in Ⅰ-Ⅱ stage（ P d0. 05）. （3）There was no difference between secretory phase and prolifenative phase（ P 〉0.05）.（4）The expression of ENA-78 in ectopic and eutopic endometrium was significantly higher than the normal endometrium; the expression of ENA-78 in ectopic endometrium was significantly higher than in eutopic endometrium（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Epithelial neutrophil-activating peptide 78 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.
