摘 要:【目的】研究不同杂交水稻亲本产量及氮素利用效率的配合力。【方法】选用包括JW803A不育系在内的5个不育系(JW803A、803A、G46A、珍汕97A、Ⅱ-32A)和5个恢复系(绵恢2040、涪恢311、蜀恢527、明恢63、辐恢838)配置不完全双列杂交,对不同杂交组合的产量及氮素利用效率配合力进行分析。【结果】氮素利用效率、氮素收获指数与产量的相关系数分别为0.869和0.900,均达到极显著水平。在以产量和氮素利用效率作为选择目标时,803A、JW803A和蜀恢527都属于Ⅰ类亲本,其中JW803A/蜀恢527的产量优势最强,并具有较好的氮素吸收利用率。【结论】选用一般配合力高的亲本配组,最有可能获得强优势组合。[Objective] The research studied the yields of the different hybrid rice parents and the combining ability of nitrogen use efficiency. [Method] The JWS03A 5 male-sterile lines(803A,G46A,Zhenshan97A, Ⅱ-32A) and 5 r-line(Mianhui 2040, Fuhui 311, Shuhui 527, Minghui 63, Fuhui 838) were selected by the way of 5 ×5 incomplete diallel cross design, and analysis was done on the outputs of the different hybrid combinations and the combining ability of nitrogen efficiency. [Result] The correlation coefficient of the nitrogen use efficiency, the nitrogen harvest index and the output respectively was 0. 869 and 0. 900, reaching an extremely remarkable level. Taking the output and the nitrogen use efficiency as goal,803A, JW803A and Shuhui 527 all belonged to the I parents,the JWS03A/Shuhui 527 output superiority was the strongest with a good nitrogen absorption rate. [Conclusion] Combining high ability parents is most likely to obtain superior combination.
