摘 要:为有效提高沥青混合料路面修筑质量,基于沥青面层的离析现象与沥青路面早期损坏的分布特征具有相似性,提出将面层离析率作为沥青路面质量控制的指标之一;通过总结国内外的研究成果提出沥青面层离析的检测方法和指标,在沥青混合料离析分类和离析对路面质量的影响程度的基础上,给出了沥青面层离析率的计算方法。借鉴国外先进工程管理理念和方法,论述了沥青路面工程验收采用激励式的工程支付调节方式的合理性;分析了费用调整(PA)的基本原理和过程,通过评估路面寿命与离析率的关系模型建立了基于离析率与支付之间的关系,并分析了拒绝离析率水平(RSL)和付款因子(PF)的合理范围,提出了实施费用调整的指导方法。To improve the quality of asphalt pavement effectively, it was suggested that the segregation rate of asphalt surface course should be taken as one of the indexes of quality control based on similar distribution features between the segregation appearance of asphalt surface course and premature damage in asphalt pavement. Through summarizing the relevant achievements at home and abroad, the detecting method and the indexes of the segregation of asphalt surface course were brought forward. Based on the classification of the segregation in asphalt mixture and the influence of segregation on pavement quality, the calculating method of the segregation rate was also given. Using the advanced project management ideas and methods of other countries for reference, the rationality of adopting the incentive project payment adjustment for asphalt pavement projects was discussed. After analyzing the essential principles and process of the payment adjustment (PA), the relationship between the segregation rate and payment was built, and the rejectable segregation level (RSL) and the rational limits of the pay factor (PF) were also discussed. On this basis, the guiding method of implementing the payment adjustment was put forward.
