摘　　要：目的分析和评价德宏州结核病实验室室间质量控制状况,为确保结核病项目实施提供科学依据。方法采用双盲法考核各县市结核病痰检人员制片、染色、读片、结果判定等技术水平,并进行统计分析。结果8次抽查各县市疑似肺结核病痰涂片893张,阳性130张,阳性率14.56%;涂片的痰细胞合格率86.5%,涂抹大小符合率98%,痰膜厚薄符合率84.6%,染色符合率98%,脱落符合率100%,结果判定符合率100%,质量控制覆盖率100%,仅存在细菌量化的微小误差。结论德宏州各县市结核病痰涂片菌检技术符合国家结核病项目要求,对结核病项目病人的发现提供了技术保障。Objective to analyze and comment on the interventricular quality control by Dehong Prefecture tuberculosis laboratories so as to provide scientific basis for the implimentation of tuberculosis projects. Methods Smears are exchanged between different county DPCC s to examine the techniques and skills of the laboratoriansfrom different counties concerning sample collection, chromoscopy, sample reading, sequence judging and so on so as to make a statistic analysis. Results 8 sample checks are conducted of seeming tuberculosis smears totaling up 893, among which 130 eases are positive, taking up 14. 56% ; 86. 5% of the smears are qualified in terms of tuberculosis cells; 98% of smears are qualified regarding the size; 84. 6% of phlegm membranes are qualified in terms of thickness; 98% of chromoscopy samples are qualified; the samples are 100% qualified reagarding defulvium; the result judgment is 100% correct; quality control coverage is 100%. The only close tolerances exist on the density of tubercle bacillus. Conclusion The techniques and skills practised in tesing tubercle bacillus in all counties in Dehong Prefecture meet the criteria set up for carrying out national tuberculosis projects, and this shows that it is technically guaranteed for Dehong DPCC to implement tuberculosis projects.
