从第40届体操世锦赛看世界女子体操发展趋势

摘　　要：通过文献资料法、录像观察法,对第40届世界体操锦标赛女子比赛的团体、全能及单项决赛前八名的比赛成绩、完成情况进行分析研究,结果表明:团体竞争、个人全能美国女队占绝对优势,单项决赛竞争激烈。成套动作的稳定性是团体决赛制胜的首要因素,强项突出、各单项的均衡发展是争夺全能奖牌的基础,突出编排的艺术性、创新性、个人风格是单项比赛的制胜法宝,落地稳定性是当前普遍存在的技术问题。By the methods of documents, literature, and video, the paper has researched on the results and performance of the women＇s top 8 gymnastics teams, all-around individual and individual in the 40th World Gymnastics Championships.The results indicate that US Women＇s Team are the best in the collective and all-around individual competitions,and the individual competition is very drastic. And the stability of whole movement is the first factor for the team success, standing out of the strong event and equilibria of all events is the basis of the all-around individual for medals,the art,innovation and self style are important in the individual competition, and the stability of falling to the ground is the ubiquitous technical thing.
