摘　　要：美国国家科学基金会历来是美国大学尤其是研究型大学获得联邦政府资助的主要来源。《美国竞争法》诞生后,NSF对大学的资助模式、对象及重点发生了重要变化。研究型大学的研究生教育和数学、科学和工程等基础学科领域的教师教育成为NSF2008年至2010年的建设重点,从侧面反映了美国高等教育新的发展动向。The National Science Foundation （NSF） has been one of the main resources for universities to get funding from the American Federal Government. After the implementation of America Competes Act, great changes on NSF funding have taken place in financial aid mode, subjects and priority. Graduate education in research universities and teachers＇ education in the basic subject fields of mathematics, science and engineering are the main targets of construction by NSF from 2008 to 2010, which indicates indirectly the new tendency in American higher education.
