摘  要:利用双螺杆挤出机,采用聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐(PP-g-MAH)以及马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯辛烯弹性体(POE-g-MAH)作为增韧剂与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)进行熔融共混。分别研究了两种增韧剂对PET力学性能以及热稳定性的影响。通过冲击、拉伸、弯曲性能的测试以及SEM、DSC的综合测定,结果表明:在两种增韧剂中,POE-g-MAH可大幅度提高PET的韧性,且在添加量达到10%时,复合材料具有良好的综合性能。With maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene (PP-g-MAH) and maleic anhydride grafted mixture polyethyleneoctene (POE-g-MAH) elastomer as toughening agent, polyethylene terephthalate (PET) was melt blended on twin-screw extruder. The effects of the two tougheners on the mechanical properties and morphologies of the PET blends were studied. The results of the tests of impact strength, tensile strength and flexural property, and the analysis of SEM and DSC showed POE-g-MAH was more effective than PP-g-MAH as toughening agent. When the content of POE-g-MAH was 10% , the POE-g-MAH/PET blends had good comprehensive property.
