摘 要:分别以钛酸酯偶联剂(NDZ311)、硅烷偶联剂(KH570)和硼酸酯偶联剂(LP101)对纳米ZnO复合抗菌剂进行表面改性。利用FTIR和TEM,考察改性粉体表面结构和性质变化。采用母粒法将改性复合抗菌剂与LLDPE树脂混合、吹膜。利用电子万能试验机、WGW光电雾度仪、FTIR和SEM,研究了改性纳米ZnO复合抗菌剂/LLDPE复合薄膜的抗菌、力学和光学性能。结果表明:NDZ311改性抗菌剂分散性最好,其制得薄膜抗菌性能均优于硅烷偶联剂和硼酸酯偶联剂,同时薄膜最大拉伸强度、撕裂强度、断裂伸长率和雾度均得到提高,透光率有所降低。Nano-ZnO composite antibacterial agents were surface modified by phthalic ester coupling agent NDZ-311, silane coupling agent KH-570 and boric acid ester coupling agent LP-101 respectively. The surface structure and property change of the modified powder were detected by means of FTIR and TEM. The modified Nano-ZnO composite antibacterial agents was blended with linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) film blowing by means of masterbatch processing to prepare antibacterial materials. The mechanical, optical and antibacterial properties of the Nano-ZnO antibacterial agents/LLDPE materials were characterizd by means of electronics universal testing machine, photoelectric fog instrument, FTIR and SEM. The results indicated the dispersion of the NDZ-311 modified Nano-ZnO antibacterial agents were the best, and its antibacterial properties were better than those of the agents modified by KH-570 and LP-101, meantimes its biggest tensile strength, tear strength, elongation at break and the fog were all improved, but its transimission rate was downgraded.
