摘  要:研究了注射成型的工艺参数对共聚聚丙烯成型收缩的影响及其脱模后24h和48h时收缩率的变化。结果表明,注射温度提高,材料的成型收缩率减小到一定程度后基本不变;提高注射压力、延长保压时间及冷却时间,成型收缩率呈下降趋势;模具温度升高,成型收缩率先基本不变后有所增大;注射速度的提高使PP成型收缩率逐渐增大。脱模后24h内,共聚PP通常完成了大部分后收缩。The effects of processing parameters in injection molding on the mold shrinkage of co-polypropylene and the change of shrinkage within 24 h and 48 h after demolding were studied. The results indicated the mold shrinkage of the PP decreased to a certain extent, and then kept constant with the rise of injection temperature ; with the increases of injection pressure, dwell time and cooling time, the mold shrinkage of the material declined; with the elevation of mould temperature, the mold shrinkage of the polypropylene primarily unchanged, and then increased; the increase of injection velocity made the mold shrinkage higher and higher. Most of the post shrinkage of the co-polypropylene was completed within 24 h after demolding.
