摘  要:采用组合式型腔成型结构微小复杂的SONY-EX700型耳机外壳,并采用斜导柱抽芯机构,简化了模具的复杂度,自动化程度较高。使用MoldFlow模流软件进行验证,并对模具工作零件的数控加工过程进行刀路轨迹仿真。结果表明:该模具结构合理,可以生产出符合技术要求的微小型耳机外壳。Tiny SONY-EX700 cellphone shell was molded by the application of combined cavities, and core-pulling mechanism with side-draw pin was applied to simplify the mould structure, which made the design of the mould innovated and automatized. The gate was optimized by means of Moldflow; the cutter trail of the processing was simulated for the shaping parts. The results showed the mold skeleton was reasonable, which could meet the requirement of the tiny cellphone shell.
