摘 要:研究了热致性液晶聚合物(TLCP)改性聚苯硫醚(PPS)共混物的摩擦磨损性能,并采用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了材料的磨损表面和脆断面。结果表明:TLCP的加入可以有效改善聚苯硫醚的摩擦学性能。加入液晶聚合物后,材料的摩擦因数变小,但随着液晶含量的变化,摩擦因数变化较小,磨耗量有相当大的变化,当TLCP质量分数为10%时,磨耗量极低,仅为0.004cm3。磨损面的扫描电镜观察发现,材料的磨损以黏着磨损和磨粒磨损为主,液晶聚合物在共混体系中形成了微纤结构。The friction and wear properties of polyphenylene sulfide/thermotropic liquid crystal polymer (PPS/TLCP) blend were studied. The worn surfaces and fractured surfaces of the blend were observed by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results showed the friction and wear properties of PPS were greatly improved with the addition of TLCP. The friction coefficient of the blend did not alter significantly with the increase of the TLCP content, but the wear volume changed greatly ; when the mass fraction of TLCP was 10% , the wear volume was minimum, being 0. 004cm^3. The observation by SEM revealed the main wear mode of the blend was adhesive wear and particle abrasion. It was found that the dispersed phase TLCP could fibrillated in the blend.
