摘  要:采用过氧化物交联及添加10%的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)对聚乳酸(PLA)进行改性;通过拉伸测试、DSC、DMA、TGA、毛细管流变等分析,研究了交联及DOP对PLA的力学性能、热性能以及流变性能的影响。结果表明:交联后PLA的拉伸强度提高,结晶度下降,耐热性能和热稳定性得到改善,但熔体表观黏度上升,加工性能下降;在交联PLA中添加10%的DOP后,熔体表观黏度下降,加工性能改善,结晶度以及拉伸断裂伸长率显著提高,同时DOP对交联PLA的耐热性能及热稳定性影响较小。Peroxide crosslinking and 10% dioctyl phthalate (DOP) were applied to modify polylactic acid (PLA). The effects of the crosslinking and DOP on the mechanical properties, thermal property and rheological properties of PLA were studied by means of tensile test, DSC, DMA, TGA and capillary rheological analysis. The results showed the crosslinking of PLA resulted in the improvement of the tensile strength, heat stability, apparent viscosity and the decrease of crystallinity and processability, however, with the addition of 10% DOP to the crosslinked PLA, the processability was much improved due to the decrease of apparent viscosity. Moreover, the crystallinity and the elongation at break were also significantly improved. Meanwhile, DOP could hardly affect the heat stability and heat resistance of the crossslinked PLA.
