三苯双脒肠溶片治疗肠道寄生虫感染Ⅳ期临床试验效果观察

摘　　要：目的进一步评价三苯双脒肠溶片治疗钩虫和蛔虫感染者的疗效和安全性。方法用改良加藤厚涂片法(Ka-to-Katz法),对4 70岁的合江县望龙镇居民进行粪便检查,计数钩虫卵和蛔虫卵,定性检查其他蠕虫卵,对部分钩虫感染者采用钩蚴培养法进行虫种鉴定;对14岁以上者,单纯蛔虫感染顿服三苯双脒肠溶片300 mg;单纯钩虫感染顿服400mg;钩虫或蛔虫合并其他肠道蠕虫感染者顿服400 mg;4 14岁儿童感染者顿服三苯双脒肠溶片200 mg,观察服药后的不良反应;治后3 4周采用改良加藤厚涂片法和饱和盐水漂浮法进行1送3检复查,评价治疗效果。结果钩虫感染者的治愈率和有效率分别为87.96%(504/573)和98.95%(567/573);蛔虫感染者的治愈率和有效率分别为97.16%(342/352)和99.71%(351/252);鞭虫感染者的治愈率为81.11%(73/90);不良反应发生率为2.56%(18/704),以头晕、腹痛、乏力为主,药物对受治者血象和肝、肾功能、心电图均无明显影响。结论三苯双脒肠溶片治疗钩虫、蛔虫、鞭虫感染的效果好,副作用少而轻微,有较好的推广应用前景。Objective To evaluate further the therapeutic effect and safety of tribendimidine Enteric-coated tablets for treating human hookworm and roundworm infection. Method Among 4-70 years old residents living in Wanglong township, Hejiang County, stod examination were made by modified Kato-Katz method. Hoo＇kworm and roundworm egg counting was made and hookworm Specie identification was condueted in part of the hookworm infections. The single oral doses Of infeations over 14 yours old were ：300mg tribendimidine enteric -coated tablets to single Roundworm infections ,400mg to single hookworm infections,400mg to hookworm or roundworm combined with other intestinalhelminthy infections. The single oral dose of 4- 14years old Infections was 200mg. After taking the drug, side - effects were investigated and stool examination of modified Kato-Katz and saturated saline floatation methods were made once every day for 3 days to evaluate the effects. Result The cure rate and effective rate of hookworm infections were 87.96% （504/573）, and （567/573）, of roundworm infections were 97. 16% （342/352）and 99. 71% （351/352）. The cure rate of whipworm infections was 81.11% （73/90）. The rate Of adverse reactions （mainly dizziness, abdominal pain and hypadynamia） was only 2.56% （18/704）. No obvious changes in hemogram,livie and kidney functions and electro- cardiogram among infections after taking the drug. Conclusion Tribendimidine enteric-coated tablets show good Therapentic effect and slight side - effect for treating hookworm, roundworm and whipworm infections. It has better prospects to spread in parasitoses treatment.
