成都市高校学生结核病防治知信行调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解成都市高校学生结核病防治知识、信念、行为现状,为制定当地健康促进工作计划提供科学依据。方法选择成都市12所高校,运用随机抽样方法,抽取27 767人,采用面对面询问式问卷调查。结果①目前成都地区大学生结核病防治知识总知晓率仅为60.4%,核心信息总知晓率为50.1%;②87.3%的学生认为结核病对学习有影响,84.0%的学生认为结核病可以治好;③63.7%的学生通过听别人说获得相关知识,过去1年有37.7%的学生从电视上看到过防治肺结核病的节目,27.0%的学生从广播中听到过有关肺结核的信息,28.7%的学生没有听到谁讲过结核病知识,36.3%的学生没有拿到任何结核病宣传材料;④95.8%的学生愿意了解结核病知识。结论当前大学生对结核病防治知识知晓率较低,获取防治信息覆盖率较低;大多数学生愿意接受结核病相关知识,应扩大宣传渠道和覆盖面,增强干预材料对大学生的吸引力。Objective To know the college student＇ knowledge, confidence and behavior about prevention and treatment for tuberculosis in Chengdu. Method By random sampling methods, twelve colleges of Chengdu were selected, then a questionnaire was conducted among a random sample of 27 767 students. Result The total awareness rate about prevention and treatment for tuberculosis was only 60. 4%, and the total awareness rate about core information was 50. 1%. About 87.3% students thought that tuberculosis could affect study, and 84. 0% of them believed that tuberculosis could be cured. About 63.7% of them acquired Teladve knowledge by listening to others, 37.7% by watching program from TV in last year, 27. 3% by listening to radio, 28.7% of them hadn＇ t been told it, and 36. 3% of them hadn＇ t received any publicity material about it. About 95. 8% of them wanted to know it. Condusion Today the total awareness rate of college students, and the publicity rate of information about prevention and treatment for tuberculosis are lower. The majority college students want to know knowledge about prevention and treatment for tuberculosis. So the publicity Channel and coverage should be increased and extended, and the attraction of publicity materinls be strengthened.
