摘 要:目的探讨不同年龄段正常人升主动脉弹性功能随年龄增长的变化规律。方法对272例正常受检者的升主动脉行定量组织多普勒及应变率成像研究,获取稳定运动速度及应变率曲线者185例,按受检者年龄分为3组:N1组20~40岁,58例;N2组41~60岁,65例;N3组61~80岁,62例,定量组织多普勒检测受检者主动脉前后壁弹性参数,即舒张早期E峰、舒张晚期A峰、收缩期S峰峰值速度,应变率成像测量舒张早期(SRe)、舒张晚期(SRa)、收缩期(SRs)应变率,并探讨各弹性参数与年龄的关系。结果上述主动脉弹性参数随年龄增长呈递减趋势(P<0.05),主动脉前壁与后壁弹性参数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),E与SRe、A与SRa、S与SRs呈正相关(r=0.58~0.74,P均<0.05)。结论定量组织多普勒及应变率成像在主动脉弹性的评价中有一定的应用价值。Objective To explore the characteristics of ascending aortic in the healthy subjects with different ages by quantitative tissue velocity and strain rate imaging. Methods The ascending aortas in 272 healthy subjects were studied by quantitative tissue velocity and strain rate imaging. The stable curves in 185 subjects were obtained and grouped by ages: N1 group (20-40 years old) : 58 cases; N2 group (41-60 years old) : 65 cases; N3 group (61-80 years old) : 62 cases. The indexes of aortic elasticity at the anterior and posterior wall such as velocity of early diastolic (E), atrial contraction (A), systolic (S), and strain rate of early diastolic (SRe), atrial contraction (SRa), and systolic (SRs) of their ascending aortas were measured by quantitative tissue velocity and strain rate imaging. All the indexes related to ages were studied. Results The parameters of aortic elasticity by quantitative tissue velocity and strain rate imaging decreased along with an increase of age ( P 〈 0.05 ). There is no significant difference between the anterior and posterior wall of aortic elasticity (P 〉 0.05). A positive correlation between E and SRe, A and DRa, S and SRs were observed (r = 0. 58 - 0. 74, P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The quantitative tissue velocity and strain rate imaging are valuable methods to study aortic elasticity.
