摘  要:采用不同有机溶剂提取,紫外分光光度计和高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定法对桑树各部位白藜芦醇含量进行研究,确定桑的各部位含有不同程度的白藜芦醇。实验结果显示,当以80%的乙醇为提取溶剂,按照料液比为1∶25,提取时间为4h的方法时,提取效果最好。用此方法测得桑各部位中白藜芦醇含量为(ug/g):桑果皮7.9;桑根皮5.3;桑枝皮3.2;桑叶1.6;桑果汁1.0。With different organic solvent toextract, ultraviolet spectrophotometer and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for measurement, each part of mulberry was measured ,which contains different content of resveratrol. The results revealed that the best conditions for extraction were 80 percent of ethanol as the extract solvent ,the material proportion 1:25, the time was four hours. In this way the content of resveratrol in each part of mulberry was measured (ug / g): mulberry pericarp 7.9: mulberry root tegument 5.3; mulberry branch tegument 3.2; mulben7 leaves 1.6; mulberry juice 1.0.
