摘  要:针对攀钢烧结生产的情况,在实验室进行了MgO对钒钛烧结矿矿物组成及冶金性能影响的试验研究。结果表明:MgO对钒钛烧结矿矿物组成和结构有较大的影响;在MgO的质量分数为2.5%-3.7%时,随着MgO含量的增加,烧结矿中温还原度略有下降,低温还原粉化率降低,软熔滴落性能改善。According to sintering at Panzhihua Iron and Steel group Co,the influence of MgO on mineral composition and metallurgical properties of sinters was studied in laboratory. The experiment results showed that the influence of MgO content on mineral composition and structure of sinters is great,within the MgO range of 2.5%--3.7%that reducibility was slightly dropped, fines rate after low temperature reduction of sinters was reduced,and the softening and dropping properties of sinters were improved with the increase of MgO content.
