摘 要:针对某冷连轧机边降控制存在的问题,采用显示动力学有限元方法建立了四辊轧机辊系与轧件一体化有限元仿真模型,分析了影响带钢边降的主要因素带钢厚度和带钢变形抗力对带钢边降的影响。基于边降控制机理和自主设计的EDW边降控制工作辊辊形特点,用边降控制等效面积法建立了冷连轧机边降控制窜辊数学模型,通过有限元仿真数据分析和工业轧制试验确定了模型参数。1700四辊冷连轧机应用本窜辊模型投入自主研制的EDW边降控制工作辊和配套的VCR变接触支持辊,取得了电工钢板边降平均值≤7μm的比率达到98.22%且同板差≤10μm的比率达到97.25%的显著生产实绩。Aiming at the edge drop control problems on tandem cold rolling mills, an explicit dynamic finite element method was adopted to build a combination simulation model for roll stacks and strip. The effect of thickness and deformation resistance of strip as main factors on edge drop was analyzed. The area method of edge drop equivalent was put forward to build the shifting mathematical model of edge drop control based on the mechanism of edge drop control and characteristics of self-developed EDW (edge drop control work rolls). The parameters of model were de- termined by simulation and industrial experiment. The model has been applied to the 1700 4-Hi tandem cold rolling mill equipped with developed EDW and matched VCR (varying contact backup rolls). The remarkable results of ap- plication indicated that the proportion of electric steel strips with an average edge drop less than 7μm was 98.22% and the proportion of the transverse thickness deviation along the strip of the same strip less than 10 μm was 97.25%.
