摘　　要：大型矿山卡车是露天煤矿开采过程中不可缺少的机械设备。文中根据伊敏河露天煤矿卡车保养情况,在卡保车间设计一套油脂集中润滑加注系统。系统由储油罐、气动油泵、供油管路、软管盘、自动计量加油枪、电器柜、工作平台、软管盘注油枪箱体等组成。该系统适合于大型矿山卡车及工程机械维修保养间对多台设备同时进行各类润滑油加注。Large mine trucks are the essential mechanical device in the open air coal mining process. This work, according to the Yimin River open air coal mine truck maintenance,proposes design of a fat centralisms lubrication loading system in the card guarantee workshop, which consists of an oil tank, an air operation oil pump, a fuel supply pipe channel, a hose plate, an automatic gauge grease gun, an electric appliance cabinet,a working platform,a hose plate grease gun box body and so on. This system is fit for all kinds of lubricating oil replenishment at the same time during large mine trucks and project machinery maintenance.
