摘 要:采用陶瓷膜对切削液乳化废水进行处理,研究膜面压差、错流速度、料液浓度和温度对通量的影响,并确定了较为合理的操作条件.结果表明,当膜面压差小于0.14MPa、错流速度在5m/s左右、温度在40~45℃时,有助于提高通量和控制膜污染.陶瓷膜过滤系统对切削液乳化废水的过滤可在10h以上,并使通量能够维持在一稳定的范围.Emulsified cutting wastewater was treated by using ceramic membrane. Effects of trans-membrane pressure, cross-flow velocity, feed concentration, and temperature on the flux were investigated. Results show that it is helpful to increase the flux and control the membrane fouling under conditions of trans-membrane pressure less than 0. 14 MPa, the cross-flow velocity of about 5 m/s and the temperature of 40 -45℃. It can keep the flux of ceramic membrane filtration in a stable range after 10 h treatment of emulsified cutting wastewater.
