P507萃淋树脂在盐酸介质中吸附铟(Ⅲ)的性能

摘　　要：以悬浮聚合法制备了2-乙基己基磷酸单（2-乙基己基）脂萃淋树脂（P507萃淋树脂），分析表明树脂中萃取剂的含量为0．944mmol／g。研究了该树脂从盐酸体系中萃取铟（Ⅲ）的行为，结果表明在pH值为1．0～1．5时树脂对铟（Ⅲ）有良好的吸附性能，吸附量随吸附温度的升高而升高，吸附为吸热反应，等温吸附曲线符合Langmuir和Freundlich模型。A Levextrel resin containing 2-ethylhexyl phosphonic acid mono-（2-ethylhexyl） ester （P507） was prepared by suspension polymerization. The analytic results show that the resin contains 0. 944 mmol/g extractant. The behavior of P507 for In（ Ⅲ ） extraction from HCl systems was studied. The results show that P507 can effectively adsorb In（Ⅲ） at pill. 0-1.5. The adsorption capacity increases with the temperature increase,the adsorption is an endothermic reaction,and the isothermal adsorption curves conform to the Langmuir and Freundlich models.
