摘  要:根据对2001至2004年4年来自20个省(市)363个烤烟中部烟叶硼含量的测定,研究分析了我国烤烟中部烟叶硼含量变化特征,结果表明:1)烟叶硼含量平均为29.84 mg.kg-1,变异系数为46.9%;2)不同品种烤烟烟叶硼含量差异极显著,其中K326硼含量最高,为34.61 mg.kg-1,云烟87硼含量最低,为26.13 mg.kg-1;3)不同省(市)烟叶硼含量差异显著,江西省最高,为45.23 mg.kg-1,重庆最低,为17.09 mg.kg-1;4)不同年份烟叶硼含量差异极显著,硼含量和变异有减小的趋势;5)同一烤烟品种K326中部烟叶硼含量在参试省(市)差异极显著。除河南外,其它省(市)K326烟叶硼含量差异不显著。Based on 363 samples of middle leaves of tobacco collected uniformly from 2001 to 2004, include 20 main tobacco planting provinces (city) of China, the paper studied the boron concentration and characteristic of variation of middle leaves of tobacco. The results showed: 1 ) The average boron concentration of tobacco leaves was 29.84 mg·kg^-1 in China, with the variation coefficients of 46.9%. 2) There was higher significantly difference among the boron concentrations of tobacco leaves in varieties. The boron concentration of tobacco leaves of K326 was 34.61 mg·kg^-1 superlatively, and that of Yunyan 87 was 26.13 mg·kg^-1 at lowest. 3) There was significantly difference among the boron concentrations of tobacco leaves in provinces (city). The boron concentration of tobacco leaves in Jiangxi was 45.23 mg·kg^-1 superlatively, and that of tobacco leaves in Chonqing was 17.09 mg·kg^-1 at lowest. 4) There was higher notable difference at the boron concentration of tobacco leaves in years. The trend of the boron concentration and variation of tobacco leaves was decreased gradually. 5) The boron concentration of tobacco leaves of K326 was higher difference significantly among provinces (city). Except Henan, the boron concentration of tobacco leaves of K326 weren't higher difference among the other provinces (city).
