摘 要:目的研究云南白药含漱剂对豚鼠牙周炎的影响。方法将伴放线放线杆菌(AA)和牙龈卟啉单胞菌(PG)菌落接种于豚鼠下门齿龈沟中,建立豚鼠牙周病模型,采用盲法检测牙周袋深度(PI)、牙龈指数(GI)、齿菌斑指数(PLI)和牙齿松动度,并镜下观察牙周组织的病理学改变,从而评价云南白药含漱剂对豚鼠牙周炎的影响。结果模型对照组的主要牙周炎临床参数与正常对照组比较有非常显著的差异(P<0.01);与模型对照组比较,阳性对照组和云南白药含漱剂组的临床参数和牙周组织的病理学改变均有明显改善(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论云南白药含漱剂能有效地改善豚鼠的牙周炎症状。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of Yunnan white powder gargarisma on Guinea Pigs' periodontitis model. METHODS Actinobarillus actinomycetem comitans and Porphyromonas gingivalis were inoculated into the gingival sulcus of hypo - incisor tooth, The method was used to establish model of Guinea pigs' periodontitis. We could estimate the effects of Yunnan white powder gargarisma on Guinea pigs' periodontitis by examing the depth of periodontal pocket, gingival index, plaque index, tooth mobility degree on blind test, and investigating the periodontal tissues pathological change under microscope test. RESULTS Compared with blank contrnl group, from periodontal clinical parameters and histological examination, a severe periodontal damage was noted in model control group (P 〈 0. 01 ). In masculine group and Yunnan white powder gargarisma group, there were significant amelioration to compare with model control group on clinical parameters and periodontal tissues pathological change (P 〈0. 01 or P 〈0. 05 ). CONCLUSION Yunnan white powder gargarisma can remarkably improve Guinea pigs' periodontitis symptom.
