摘 要:目的比较重楼皂苷的泡沫分离工艺与优化后的大孔树脂分离工艺。方法以重楼皂苷的纯度、回收率、纯度比、工时、能耗、操作难易等为评价指标,综合比较泡沫、大孔树脂的分离工艺,并结合两者优势进行工艺的联用。结果从成本、环保、操作难易分析,泡沫分离工艺优于大孔树脂;从分离效果看,前者亦高于后者,但回收率低于后者。将两种工艺联用,可显著提高回收率。结论泡沫分离工艺可作为一种操作单元分离纯化重楼皂苷,具有较好的富集、分离效果,工艺简单、环保、成本也低。OBJECTIVE To compare the foam fractionation craft with the optimal macroporous adsorption resin craft for polyphyllins, estimate the characters of foam fractionation. METHODS Purity of polyphyllin, recovery of polyphyllin, purity ratio, working hour, cost and difficulty of operation were chosen as the performance criteria. Made a comprehensive comparison of foam fractionation craft and macroporous adsorption resin craft,and tried to combine the two crafts by considering their advantages. RESULTS Foam fraetionation had some advantages over macroporous adsorption resin. The foam fractionation could get more pure product however lower recovery than macroporous adsorption resin. Combination of two process could increase recovery greatly. CONCLUSION Foam frac- tionation craft can be used as a operation unit to separate polyphyllins. It has good enrichment and separation effect. The process is a simple,low - costing and environmental - protecting craft, which offers a new method for the separation of steroidal saponins in Rhizoma Paridis.
